RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made through OmniNoda's website and platform ("Services"). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. REFUND POLICY

All purchases of digital content and subscription services are non-refundable by default. As our Services provide immediate access to digital content and AI credits upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

3. EXCEPTIONS

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Billing errors: If a billing error occurred, you are entitled to a refund for the erroneous charge.
  • Service unavailability: If the Services were materially unavailable for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period, we will refund all duplicate charges.

  • Please include your name, email address associated with your account, and the Order ID. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

    5. CANCELLATION

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings page. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
